Defendants Theresa Smalec and Glynnis Kirchmeier join A.B. in making anti-SLAPP applications.
June 12 to 17, 2019
During cross examinations of A.B., Kirchmeier and Smalec, Galloway’s lawyer requests documents that defence council objects to. They also object to questions they deem outside of the scope of the defendants’ affidavits.
July 12, 2019
The Honourable Madam Justice Murray hears an application by Galloway’s lawyer to produce documents requested on cross-examination, as well as answers to the questions that were objected to.
August 22, 2019
The Honourable Madam Justice Murray orders most but not all of the documents requested.

The West Coast LEAF files an Application for Intervention in The Supreme Court of British Columbia to intervene on behalf of A.B.’s anti-SLAPP application to dismiss Galloway’s lawsuit. The application is heard by the Honourable Madam Justice Elaine J. Adair and dismissed.
April 6, 2021
All eleven anti-SLAPP applications are scheduled to be heard in the Supreme Court of British Columbia. The eleven applications are being brought by A.B., Theresa Smalec, Glynnis Kirchmeier, Keith Maillard, Annabel Lyon, Chelsea Rooney, Alicia Elliot, Brit Bachmann, Mandi Gray, Kiera Anderson and Arielle Rombough.
NOTE: I have sworn three affidavits in Galloway v. A.B.. All of my evidence is objective and primarily relates to providing screenshots of the defamations being sued over. I’ll be writing more extensively about these affidavits and the process of swearing them and being cross examined over them.
