Update On The SLAPP Hearing

Adjournment Until First Week of June

Thanks again for your patience. The SLAPP hearing in Galloway v A.B. is adjourned until the first week of June. Counsel for the defendants went overtime and Galloway’s lawyer was not able to finish his oral remarks. I’m working on a number of important posts that I will have in your inbox when we resume.

I greatly appreciate your patience while I await the filing of additional documents from both sides of the case. This is the best way for me to ensure you are getting all the pertinent information on each specific issue with a full 360 degree view.

When it comes to fairness and obtaining a full view of all the issues, it’s essential that you have all the facts and arguments at hand. And I promise to have these to you in just over two weeks when we resume. At that point you can expect a fast pace with a lot of extremely important issues to discuss.
